Us at World Fare Hospitality believe that food is more than just food; it’s culture, identity, and a reminder of home. Food is often a way to bridge the gap, to show appreciation, and to come together. At World Fare, we attempt to explore humanity’s great number of delicious cuisines, and learn more every day. In learning about the food, we learn about the history of the people who made it. Our first physical location, Herman’s at the Haus, will focus on German food, and the immigrants who shared it with America, blending the best of Bavaria and Berlin with classics from right here at home.

Jonathan Herman

Jonathan learned how to cook like most people- from his Mother. From a young age, he helped his mom cook for large gatherings of relatives back in Berks county. After a brief stint in the Marine Corps, and gathering an Associate’s in Business Admin from Reading Area Community College, he returned to his roots and his passion: Food. Cooking in kitchens across Philadelphia he honed his craft, working in every position restaurants have to offer; from bussboy and dishwasher, to general manager and head chef. His favorite spot will always be cooking on the line, jamming to old, classic Hip Hop, or listening to whatever Philly sports team is playing at the moment.

Angel Coira

Angel Coira is the co-founder of World Fare Hospitality, focusing on growing revenue, enhancing the guest experience, marketing and communications development, professional development of employees, and the overall operations of World Fare. With 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Angel brings a wide range of experience, from facilities management, strategic planning, fleet management, program management, and much more. Angel comes from a background of Puerto Rican and Irish culture from Hell’s Kitchen in NYC. Angel enjoys days with his kids, watching them play sports, and spending time with his friends and family.
